• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Detection of a duplicate account or use of false registration information.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

In the event of a technical error that results in a game outcome being displayed or recorded incorrectly, babai 88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
